Day center (18 persons welcomed from 8 AM to 6 PM)

The day center offers spacious and comfortable living areas that allow them to stimulate their work and creativity while keeping warmth and fellowship.Retour ligne automatique
A pluri-disciplinary team, include educators, ergo therapists, kinesiotherapists, speech therapists, that carry out daily occupational activities. The psycho-medico-social follow up is taken over by the physician, psychiatrists, nurses, psychologists and social workers.Retour ligne automatique
Activities and reeducation are numerous and varied. They integrate themselves in a institutional pedagogic project integrated in the Personal Service Plan. They are grouped in different categories:

  • Communication and expression (speech therapy and pictorial techniques)
  • Personal and residential autonomy (ergotherapy)
  • Life in society, as well as motor activities (kinesiotherapy – psychomotricity)
  • Sensorial and cognitive activities.

The day center welcomes the residents of the residential service.

The residential center (16 beds - 24/7)

Situated on three floors of the main building of the association, the service offers modern rooms fully adapted for each disabled person: individual rooms with a sink, living room, kitchen, TV room, kinesiotherapy room, library, toy library (board games, toys, etc).

The residential facilities also profits from the day center infrastructure, with rooms such as the sports room or the snoezelen space. The activities made for this service are part of the learning process of everyday life, the night activities and weekend activities, therapy and the media and toy library......

Holiday are organized multiple times a year, in Belgium and overseas for both services and all persons.

Our own minibuses circulate in the morning and the evening in the neighboring towns in order to transport the disabled persons from the day center to their homes.
